iPad Mini with Retina Display: The iPad Mini with Retina display is the latest iteration of the 7.9-inch tablet whose release is highly anticipated and some tech watchers are seemingly complaining on the delays of the iPad Mini with Retina, now that we’re on the second week of the month.

In an optimistic note by Gotta Be Mobile, it wrote “Apple doesn’t make promises that it can’t keep” and the mobile-focused news site said that they fully expect the Cupertino tech giant to deliver the device before the holiday season. One rumor they reported is a leak from Target suggesting that the new tablet may arrived on November 21, Thursday.

Apple’s official notice on the iPad Mini with Retina display section of Apple.com only shows that it will be “coming later in November.”

Brooke Crothers from CNET noted that the “prevailing wisdom is that Apple can’t get enough displays.” The CNET writer also said that the iPad Mini with Retina Display “sales launch may be one of the most product-constrained to date for Apple.”

Even before the announcement of the new iPad Mini, some analysts have speculated that it may a 2014 or would be delayed by Apple because of issues procuring enough Retina displays for the tablet. Nonetheless, Apple announced the new gadget with a note from company CEO Tim Cook that “it’s unclear whether we’ll have enough for the quarter or not.”

Other specs for iPad Mini with Retina display include an A7 processor chip, 2048 x 1537 resolution, 326 ppi and up to 10 hour battery life. It comes with iOS 7 out of the box and starts at $399 for its 16GB Wi-FI only version. The iPad Mini with Retina display also has a 1.2MP camera sensor and 720p HD video recording capability.
