Perrie Edwards Pregnant? Zayn Malik Hopes Not For The Next Three Years: ‘That’s A Short Space Of Time,’ One Direction Singer Says

Zayn Malik hopes Perrie Edwards doesn't get pregnant for the next three years, according to a new interview. Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards are engaged and rumored to get married in the next year, but that doesn't mean Zayn Malik is ready for Perrie Edwards to get pregnant.

Zayn Malik and One Direction made an appearance on the Jonathan Ross Show tonight, Nov. 17, and according to Unreality TV, the host asked Zayn if he could see himself having children in the next three years with Perrie Edwards.

The One Direction singer replied: "In three years? That's a bit of a short space of time. We have just been together for three years and it's gone really quick for us so like, so in three years I don't know what could happen."

Unreality TV reports that Malik appeared to be uncomfortable with the question - he and his fiance Perrie are only 20 years old.

One Direction's Harry Styles attempted to lighten the mood, and teased: "He also can't say no because if he does have a kid and the kid watches this, he'll be like 'oh right, cheers.'"

According to Unreality TV, the One Direction appearance on the show was feeding a fan frenzy on Twitter. One user tweeted: "one direction on jonathon ross is the best thing that's happened this year."

Zerrie announced publicly that they got engaged at the "One Direction: This Is Us" London premiere this August.

We previously reported that Perrie's band, Little Mix, recently dished that the first of the girls in their band to get pregnant was likely to be the future Mrs. Malik.

During an interview with NOVA FM, the Little Mix ladies were asked which of the bandmates would be "the first to have a baby," and not a single girl hesitated when they threw Perrie under the bus.

Perrie was quick to voice her opinion on their nomination.

"That creeps me out... I am the baby!" she said. "A baby can't have a baby."

Sounds like neither Zayn nor Perrie is ready to think about babies yet!
