Serena Williams Boyfriend 2013: Patrick Mouratoglou Rescues Embattled Tennis Star’s Career? Analysts Suggest ‘The Results Speak For Themselves’

Serena Williams found help while she was struggling with her tennis career last year after she hired coach and rumored boyfriend Patrick Mouratoglou, CNN's Open Court reports, leaving many wondering if the Paris native salvaged her career.

"What surprised me at that point was the motivation she had," Patrick Mouratoglou told CNN Open Court.

"She really was prepared to do anything to come back to the top. Her motivation was at the highest point, maybe, and it was very surprising for someone who had won so much, with such a career record and at that age."

The partnership restored her career as the preeminent female player of her generation and the results speak for themselves, the website added.

Serena Williams posted seemingly romantic messages on Twitter on Monday after watching an NFL game, leaving many fans wondering if they were directed at any of the football players in the match.

"What a game! Made my night. Sweet dreams. Love you," she wrote.

"I love for these Monday night football games!" she also wrote earlier that day.

Earlier this week, Serena boyfriend's coach and rumored boyfriend Patrick Mouratoglou posted a picture of the two during a practice session in New York City on Sunday, but the American tennis star appears to be ignoring him in the photo.

"Serena looking at her manicure means 'Patrick I dont wanna listen to you right now' hahaha. Serena can be stubborn it's good Patrick looks persistent even when Serena refuses eye contact, great coaching!" a fan wrote on the comments section of the photo.

Patrick Mouratoglou published the picture on his Facebook blog account.
