'Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare' Xbox One Release Date Set For February 18 In US Priced At $40; Launching On Xbox 360 As Well

"Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare" Xbox One release date has been announced.

According to Eurogamer, Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare release date for the Xbox One version will arrive in Europe on February 20, 2014. Meanwhile, gamers in North America will get the third-person shooter two days before, as the Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare in the region is set for February 18.

Popcap's spinoff version of Plants vs Zombies, the Garden Warfare is also coming to PC. However, talking about the Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare release date, the game developer only said that it will be arriving at a 'later date.'

Moreover, the PlayStation version of Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare is yet to be announced by Popcap.

As for more details regarding Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, the game takes "the series' cast of plants and zombies into a 3D world powered by DICE's Frostbite 3 engine," as described in Eurogamer.

In Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare, there will be 10 maps included, as well as three game modes available for up to 24 players.

As posted on Polygon, the Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will cost $40 on Microsoft Xbox One. On the other hand, the Xbox 360 version will come with a cheaper price tag of $30.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare was first introduced during the E3 2013, an event that happened earlier this year. There are already three iterations of the game available, the original "Plants vs Zombies," "Plants Vs. Zombies 2: It's About Time" and lastly, the free-to-play Facebook version, Plants vs. Zombies Adventures.
