Entourage Movie Update: The Journey To The Big Screen Continues - “January 16 Start Date. Getting Pumped,” Director Doug Ellin Posted On Twitter

Entourage movie is scheduled to start its production next year on 16 January, according to director Doug Ellin.

"January 16 start date. Getting pumped," the director tweeted.

He also posted a photo of the major cast that includes Adrian Grenier who plays the role of Vincent Chase in the hit TV series and Jeremy Piven who plays Ari Gold.

Finally, after all the setbacks regarding alleged money issues earlier this year the much anticipated movie is now ready to take its course to the big screen.

After the deal has all ironed out and everyone in the cast is on board director Doug Ellin assured everyone that the Entourage movie was still "a go."

Warner Bros. insisted on starting the production of the Entourage movie on January to avoid going over the $30 million budget the project got almost a year ago. This will allow the film to keep the 20 percent tax credit that it received from the California Film Commission.

In addition, this news proves that some of the scenes on the Entourage movie will be shot and take place in Los Angeles, info for those who are yet familiar with the series, since the series followers could have guessed that detail already.

What the story of the Entourage movie would entail is something hard to guess, as everything seemed to be blurry when it comes to the plot of the upcoming film.

The series' final episodes featured Vince being engaged with Sophia played by Alice Eve, Turtle has finally made his own fortune, E and the pregnant Sloan played by Emmanuelle Chriqui got back together, Drama was able to land an exclusive deal in the TV and Ari got his dream job offering as the chairman and CEO of Time Warner.

Fans would certainly love to see what happens next to their beloved characters, needless to say, the plot of the Entourage movie will not be its biggest draw, as most appreciate the TV series for its well-played characters, witty dialogue and celebrity cameos.
