'The Moon that Embraces the Sun' Break Confirmed!

The temporary break of 'The Moon that Embraces the Sun' has been confirmed.

According to MBC, the episodes that were supposed to be aired on the 7th and the 8th will be delayed, and specials of the drama will be aired instead.

On the 6th, PD Kim DoHun and PD Lee SungJun joined the MBC strike. The PDs for other dramas such as 'Feast of the Gods' also joined the strike.

One filming representative of 'The Moon that Embraces the Sun', during a phone interview with NewsEn, said, "The script for the 20th episode is already all out, but we haven't even filmed episode 19 yet. If this continues, we probably won't be able to air them this week."

PD Kim DoHun appeared at the filming set on the 6th for a short. A representative of 'The Moon that Embraces the Sun' said, "The filming was scheduled on the 6th, so when he's done filming he will go back to the striking."

Viewers of the drama said, "Even though the drama is taking a break, if it's for justice!", "I hope the strike ends on good terms so that we can watch the drama comfortably", "It's okay if it's taking a break, I understand", etc.
