KARA’s Jiyoung First Japanese Drama Produced by Korean Production Company

KARA’s Jiyoung who was casted for leading role in Korean-Japanese drama called ‘Rainbow Rose.’ Japanese media confirmed March 5 that the drama will begin airing on TV Tokyo starting April 13. This drama is the first Japanese drama to be produced by a Korean production company.

In addition Supernova’s Geonil is to join the cast heightening the expectations of Japanese fans.

The drama is a romantic comedy taking place at a boarding house, story of love and friendship between college students. Japanese actresses Mizusawa Elena and Fujii Mina will join as well and the drama is also being discussed to broadcast in Korea as well.
