Park Jimin’s Impeccable Performance of Whitney Houston

Park Jimin mesmerized the audience with her vocal skills.

During the latest episode of 'K-Pop Star,' which was themed 'Million-Seller Hits', Park Jimin chose to sing 'I Have Nothing' by the late Whitney Houston.

Rather than retaining the high pitch prevalent in the original song, she remade the song in a way that flaunted her unique voice. She even seemed relaxed, with her body moving comfortably to the rhythm. But towards the end, she used her powerful vocal skills to bring out the song's climax in the high notes.

Park Jin Young complimented "Your natural talent is simply mind blowing. It seems like there's an experienced singer living inside you." BoA commented "I'd been looking forward to this stage because this song is one of my personal favorites. And you did justice to the song." Yang Hyun Suk commented "Good job, but I think you could have been better. It might help to relax a bit more."

Last week, she'd received the most points from the judges with Jaurim's "Hey Hey Hey."
