'Vampire Diaries' Season 5 Spoilers: Will Klaus Return In Episode 100? Caroline 'Definitely, Aggressively Against' The Original Coming To Mystic Falls

"Vampire Diaries" season 5 will soon air Episode 100. Will Klaus return to Mystic Falls in the special episode of "The Vampire Diaries"? One thing's for sure: Caroline will not be pleased to see the Original back in town, according to Candice Accola.

Wetpaint reports that "The Originals" vampire Klaus (Joseph Morgan) will likely return to "The Vampire Diaries" in season 5, though they have received no verification as to when. However, Wetpaint speculates that Klaus will return to Mystic Falls in the 100th episode of the series, aka season 5, episode 11. According to Wetpaint, the episode will be very "Katherine-centric," meaning that this would give a lot of opportunities for Klaus to appear, considering Katherine was running from the Original vampire for 500 years. 

So will Klaus appear in a flashback or in real-time in Mystic Falls? We don't know for sure, but we'll find out soon - episode 100 will air early next year.

But if Klaus does return to Mystic Falls in real-time, one person won't be happy to see him: Caroline. Sorry, Klaroline fans, but Candice Accola says her character is not on good terms with the vampire at the moment.

When asked if Tyler leaving Caroline is another strike against Klaus, actress Candice Accola responded: "Yes, Caroline is definitely, aggressively against Klaus. I think if she hears the word Klaus one more time, she might rip her hair out."

The two characters' on-screen chemistry has been considered the "most compelling parts" of "TVD" season 4, IB Times reports.

"It's so interesting how their relationship built over the past couple of seasons. It's almost like she hated him so much that she didn't know whether she wanted to grab him by the throat and throw him through a door, or just kiss him. I think that was the awesome tension the fans really loved about their chemistry," the 26-year-old actress said.

"If [Klaus] never comes back to Mystic Falls, it will be too soon. All she ever wanted, and all she still really wants, it to be with Tyler," Candice stated.
