Apple Black Friday 2013: ‘One-Day Shopping Event’ Hints At Upcoming Discounts From Tech Giant This Friday; $41 Off For iPads, $101 Off For MacBooks & iMac Predicted

Apple Black Friday 2013: It’s a rare event that only happens once a year, which Forbes magazine describe as the “only day of the year that Apple actually gets (a little) down and dirty and behaves like an actual retailer.”

Though the expected price cuts is no match to what traditional retailers offer, Gotta Be Mobile predicts that Apple’s “one-day shopping event” will offer $41 off for iPad Air and iPad 2, $21 off for the iPod touch, $101 off for the MacBook Air and Macbook Pro with Retina Display and $101 off for the iMac.

Based on previous Apple Black Friday deals, the Cupertino tech giant has never offered a discount on iPhones for the biggest shopping event of the year. There is also no speculations on whether Apple will have a discount for the popular iPad Mini and iPad Mini 2. Forbes Magazine suggest, however, that it could surprise consumers with a deal on the iPhone 5C to move inventory.

Apple Black Friday deals was confirmed when the company posted the “one-day shopping event” announcement where all Apple retails stores and online will hold the sale after midnight PST. Compared to the “door busting” discounts that retailers like Best Buy, Target, Walmart and even Amazon offers, Apple’s price cuts are modest at its best.
