On March 23rd she posted on her Twitter "Elizabeth cake I received as a birthday gift. I can't get myself to eat it. Thank you so much," along with two photos.

In the uploaded photos Ock Joo Hyun is seen in her stage costume for her musical 'Elizabeth,' holding up a cake in the same white dress she is pictured wearing. The detail of the avatar cake is very impressive.
