iOS 7 jailbreak update: Scam alert has been posted by reputable tech-focused news sources regarding the spread of ads like “Speedy iPhone 5 Jailbreak download for iOS 7.0.4 released” and “ijailbreakpro Rolls Out Speedier Version of Jailbreak for iOS 7, 7.0.3” There is a huge possibility that this maybe alleged scams and interested users are urged to take caution before downloading any of this.

According to Ravi Mandalia of Techie News U.K., reading through news releases about this iOS 7 jailbreak possibilities, these may all be scams.

“Reading through the content of the press releases gives up clues that the team behind this jailbreak is effectively trying to fool gullible users into paying for a jailbreak that doesn’t even exist,” Mandalia writes.

According to the reporter, Techie News U.K. was contacted by one of the representatives from ijailbreakpro for publication of a press release sometime in the middle of November. The tech news site rejected the proposal after further investigation.

“The iJBP iPhone Jailbreak allows for iPhone models of the latest iOS 7 and iOS 7.0.3 to break free from Apple restrictions. With the enhanced Jailbreak software, two-thirds of iPhone owners who have upgraded to the latest iOS can enjoy their mobile device to the fullest,” reads one of the paragraph that Techie News U.K. was asked to published.

Josh Smith at Gotta Be Mobile has written a very helpful article on “5 Signs That iOS 7 Jailbreak is a Fake,” with one of them being that the jailbreak is not free. Ravi of Techie News U.K. pointed out that on the website of the “iJBP Phone Jailbreak,” the pricing page shows up different pricing plans with the most expensive one priced at $49.90 promising instant access, full jailbreak, full software unlock, among other things.

It’s highly recommend that users planning to get a jailbreak study and take note of the authenticity of such offers to avoid being misled and paying for a jailbreak software that doesn’t exist.
