Upcoming Android Tablets 2014: Samsung Reportedly Working On Galaxy Tab 3 Lite For January 2014 Release, Costs About $135

There have been rumors of upcoming Android tablets in 2014, and of the alleged candidates include Samsung's Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. As early as now, reports claim that the Korean manufacturer is gearing its new slate for a release in January next year. 

According to a report by Android Authority, Samsung insider SamMobile the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite is expected to be released in several versions including a Wi-Fi and 3G edition, and a Wi-Fi only version. 

While there has not been much information on specifications, the rumored Android tablet would be safely categorized under the entry-level department. With a rumored starting price of 100 euros, or about $135, it could hit the sweet price spot of the mass market. 

Samsung has yet confirmed the tablet release so we'll stay tuned.
