Upcoming Android Phones 2013: Lenovo Announces Two Midrangers, Both Pack 1.3GHz Quad-Core CPUs, 8GB Of Internal Memory And 1GB Of RAM

Lenovo is known for releasing cheap upcoming Android phones in 2013, and it has continuously lived up to expectations. Several weeks before we call it a year, the Chinese manufacturer has announced two new handsets which would certainly be good options for people who want a cheap Droid for Christmas.

Dubbed as the S930 and the S650, the two Lenovo smartphones boast identical specs and fall within a particular price range. The bigger S930 sports a huge 6" display with 720p resolution, a quad-core 1.3GHz processor with a MediaTek 6852 chipset, a Mali-400MP GPU and 1GB of RAM.

Other features include an 8-megapixel camera without a flash, a 1.6MP front cam, a microSD card slot for storage expansion and a 3,000mAh battery.

Meanwhile, the smaller sibling has the same CPU, GPU and amount of RAM, but encased by a more compact 4.7" qHD screen. Interestingly, this one will also be available in a dual-SIM variant.

Both the Lenovo S930 and S650 will be available in the market at around $427 and $366 respectively.
