Pokemon X And Y Cloning: Nintendo Glitch Still Works After Patch 1.2!

Pokemon X and Y patch 1.2 has been released, and it looks like a certain cloning glitch is still in effect.

The new Pokemon X and Y patch is the second patch since the release, and is required if you want to do online gameplay. Patch 1.2 addresses the following:

-A bug causing Pokemon to not learn new moves after evolving through Wonder Trade.
-A bug where certain captions for Trainer PR Videos are not unlocked in Lumiose City.
-The patch nullifies Battle Analyser and Instacheck.

And while the patch has fixed some glitches and cheats, one thing that appears to work still is the Pokemon X and Y cloning method.

Pokemon cloning has been around for generations, and is achieved during Pokemon trading by turning off the 3DS at just the right time.

Reportedly, you can do Pokemon X and Y cloning over Wifi as well as local wireless.

Many Pokemon fans feared that the next patch would nullify this glitch, but according to testimonials at Pokejungle and YouTube, the cloning method still works.

The best way to check, of course, is to try it yourself with extra Pokemon you have lying around.
