Prince William To Throw Surprise Birthday Party For Kate Middleton? Taylor Swift Being Wooed To Perform At The Party

To show his adoration for his wife, Prince William will be throwing a big birthday bash for Catherine Middleton. The Duchess of Cambridge will be turning 32 on January 9. It will be her second birthday as a royal personality.

Several insiders claim that Prince William wants Taylor Swift to perform on the birthday of Prince George's mother. Swift performed at a charity event at Kensington Palace last month. She likewise got the chance to meet Prince William whom she praised because of his character. They even had a spontaneous performance of 'Livin' on a Prayer' with Bon Jovi.

He is currently negotiating with the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hit maker after being impressed by her last month's performance. "William's been trying to get Kate's surprise sorted for 9 January when she turns 32. When he met Taylor Swift recently he asked her if there's any likelihood she's in the UK for the New Year, or just after, because he knows Kate's a fan and she's love to meet the singer," claims an insider to the Closer Magazine

If Swift will not be able to give in to the royal family's request, the royal couple will still reportedly meet up with other celebrity friends for Christmas and New Year: "There's talk of meeting with the Beckhams. William and David have been in touch since they worked on the Olympic bid together and they're going to be in London for part of the time, so there are tentative plans for a get together."

Nonetheless, it does not mean that the new parents are not looking forward to have an intimate celebration: "Like any new family, they're looking forward to having some alone time, but they also want to catch up with friends."
