A footnote in the offer says that each device requires a 2-year Wireless Agreement (or AT&T Next (SM) Installment Agreement on smartphone) and qualifying wireless service plans. The AT&T devices on promo also have activation fees.

The tablet runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor and has 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. The tablet also has a 6.7MP camera and Full HD display.
