Red Wings vs Predators live stream: Watch online free 8:10 ET Monday as Jimmy Howard makes his return between the pipes for Detroit after nearly three weeks out of action.

The 18-13-9 Red Wings travel to Nashville vs the 17-18-4 Predators for the second and final time this season. It was a 2-0 shutout victory for the Predators in that one in Detroit. This time, the Red Wings get back their goaltender as they go for their fourth victory in five games.

The Red Wings went 3-6-2 without Henrik Zetterberg, and they also dealt with Paval Datsyuk missing seven games from Nov. 24-Dec. 7 because of a concussion. Both are back and Zetterberg returned for the 4-3 victory over the Florida Panthers on Saturday contributing with a goal.

"Hank brings so much to this team, both on and off the ice," Gustav Nyquist, who also had a goal Saturday told ESPN.com. "With him and Pav playing you can really feel the difference. That's why they're our leaders."

Detroit also got winger Justin Abdelkader back after he missed five games with a concussion. Wings center Darren Helm, who hasn't played since Dec. 4 due to a sprained shoulder, could also return for this game, according to ESPN.com.

"We won three out of four here suddenly and some things are better, obviously getting (Zetterberg) and (Abdelkader) back," coach Mike Babcock said. "(Abdelkader) skated well, and Zetterberg is just a good player with good will and provides leadership for us."
