Dwayne Wade Baby: NBA Super Star Claims That His New Born Son Is ‘A Blessing To The Wade Bloodline’ Despite All The Controversies
Dwayne Wade Baby Update:
The NBA Super Star has admitted to having fathered a child while his relationship with fiancée, actress Gabrielle Union was on break.
The Miami Heat star player has addressed the issue on a press conference held on Monday prior to his team's game against the Denver Nuggets.
He called his infant love child "a blessing to the bloodline, to the Wade bloodline."
Wade admitted to have an affair with his baby mama named Aja Metoyer, whom he met while his relationship with actress Gabrielle Union was on break.
"I had a time, a part in our break, in our pain and our hurt, a blessing came out of it in my life, having a son that was born healthy. So I'm moving on."
The third child of Wade named Xavier Zechariah Wade was born on the 10th of November in Los Angeles, and the Miami Heat star player admitted that he already met his infant son.
"You know me," he said. "I'm involved in my kids' lives. When my kids were living at home with me, or wasn't living at home with me, I tried to do everything I could to see them."
"(It's important to) always focus on what's most important to me and my family, and that's being a great father. I've always tried to show my importance in my kids' lives and it doesn't change now. So, I, my lady and my family have continued to move forward, and I think that's evident with the ring and the proposal that I gave her, with our lives."
"Like I've said, this is something that my family knows and my now fiancee worked through when we got back together, and understood that we wanted to continue our lives together and continue supporting our family and we're going to do that," the NBA Super Star added. "That's what I've always done."
Wade and Union were engaged earlier in December 2013 with the help of his sons Zaire and Zion from his previous marriage with childhood sweetheart Siohvaughn Funches.
While Gabrielle union remains mun about Dwayne Wade baby, the actress did post some cryptic messages on Twitter hinting her troubled relationship with Wade during the month of November, when Wade's love child was born.
"I reward love with loyalty and doubt with distance," she shared in one post.
"A person's actions will tell you everything you need to know. I am thankful for the difficult people in my life. They have shown me exactly who I don't want to be," she additionally posted. "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand up taller than you ever were."
