PlayStation Plus Free Games: PS3 Gamers To Get ‘BioShock Infinite’ or ‘DmC’ Starting January 7? PS4 Title For The Month Also Revealed

PlayStation Plus free games for the month of January has been revealed.

But before enjoying the first set of PlayStation Plus free games for 2014, gamers can first download for free the PS Vita title offered for December 2013. Urban Trial Freestyle, a PS Vita game was made available as PlayStation Plus free games on December 31, replacing Soul Sacrifice in the Instant Game Collection.

And starting January 7, PS gamers will be able to access new collection of PlayStation Plus free games. PS3 games that will be included as PlayStation Plus free games this January are "Bioshock Infinite" and "DmC: Devil May Cry". According to PlayStation Lifestyle website, either one of these PS3 games will be added to the Instant Game Collection next week.

Bioshock Infinite is a highly-thematic FPS game and it also brings in RPG-like features. The game is developed by Irrational Games and published by 2K Games. On the other hand," DmC: Devil May Cry" is an action-adventure hack and slash video game created by Ninja Theory.

Moreover, another PS3 title that will be part of the PlayStation Plus free games for January 2014 is "Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons," in which players take control of "two brothers trying to cure their ailing father by solving various puzzles," according to Daily Game.

Also, the PS4 title that will be part of the PlayStation Plus free games has already been unleashed. Owners of the PlayStation 4 with membership to PS Plus can get "Don't Starve" this month as one of the free games coming to IGC. Citing Sony, this wilderness survival game is "wrapped in a cute art style." Moreover, in this game, as described on the post reads, "players take control of a Gentleman Scientist trying to make his way home from a mysterious place." Furthermore, Sony also warned that Don't Starve is "one of those games where you'll die a lot."
