Kate Winslet On Miley Cyrus ‘Stop For A Second, What Do You Want, Who Are You?’ Titanic Star Says

Kate Winslet On Miley Cyrus:

Looks like the Oscar-winning actress who's a mother of three joins in the slew of Hollywood celebrities who's concerned about the "Wrecking Ball" singer. Cher, Sinead O'Connor, P!nk, Annie Lennox, Elton John and Joan Rivers are among the stars who've showed and expressed their concern on Miley's antics and raunchy behavior over the past year.

"You hear horror stories where you think, 'God, who's looking after these people and why does it seem like they're losing their way?'" The "Titanic" star told the Psychologies during an interview. "I mean, you think about someone like Miley Cyrus, and I said to my daughter the other day, 'I'm this close to opening my mouth about what's going on with that girl.' Who is actually saying, 'Stop for a second. What do you want, who are you?'"

Kate Winslet who grew up being a child star compared her upbringing to Miley Cyrus' saying that, "[I've] just been very lucky that I've always been quite comfortable with who I am."

The 38-year old actress who's keen to taking care of her three broods started her career in Hollywood on the small screen. She started gaining fame during her breakout role in 1992 from Peter Jackson's "Heavenly Creatures." She gained her momentum and became successful all throughout the 90s, earning her first Oscar nomination in 1995 for "Sense and Sensibility" and nabbing a role in the blockbuster hit "Titanic" co-starring with Leonardo di Caprio.

Winslet claims that social media has attributed to Cyrus' "worsening" acts, even saying that today's culture is a "nightmare" for the younger generation who aims fame in Hollywood.

"It's really rough now," Winslet claimed. "I think, for young actors, actresses and pop stars, it's a nightmare. They can't do anything. I'm so not going near that whole world -- I don't need it. I do feel incredibly lucky."
