Kelly Rowland Wedding Will Have No Guests? ‘Everyone Is Just There To Be Nosy And See Who I’m Wearing,’ Explains Songstress

While Hollywood weddings are typically grandiose, Kelly Rowland's wedding will be far from lavish. As opposed to other nuptials with hundreds of guests, the former Destiny's Child member wants a small affair. Although Kelly Rowland and Tim Witherspoon's wedding does not have an official date yet, it is likely that they will secretly tie the knot.

"You know, I think we just really want it to be us and our pastor. That's it. I mean, we are the only two that's going to be in the marriage," says the 32-year-old singer. She adds that paying for everyone's food is an idea that she doesn't really fancy.

Furthermore, the songstress tells Hollywood Life that having a big guest list isn't really helpful: "Everyone is there just to be nosy and see who I'm wearing."

If Kelly Rowland and Tim Witherspoon's wedding will indeed have no guests, Rowland's girlfriends Beyoncé and Michelle Williams might be disappointed for they won't have the opportunity to wear bridesmaid dresses.

Nonetheless, Rowland should follow whichever makes her heart comfortable just like with her choice of men: "I could only be with someone who is secure in themselves. I want a man who is comfortable with me giving things to him."
