Upcoming Android Tablets 2014: Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 And 4 Other Slates Appear In Bluetooth SIG Database, Could Be Announced In A Few Weeks

Within just a week into the year, we have been taking a look at some upcoming Android tablets in 2014, which include the rumored Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and a duo of Galaxy Tab versions.

However, a new leak reports that the 12.2-inch slate, together with four other Galaxy tablets have made their way out of Bluetooth certification.

In a report by Android Authority, SammyToday checked out the database of Bluetooth SIG and found five devices including the supposed Note Pro 12.2.

  • Galaxy Note Pro 12.2: SM-P905 international / European model (LTE), SM-P901 European model (GSM only), SM-P905V North American model (LTE), SM-P905M South American model (LTE), SM-P900 European model (Wi-Fi). A SM-P907A model has been rumored to hit AT&T later this year.
  • Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2: SM-T905 European model (LTE), SM-T900 European model (Wi-Fi)
  • Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1: SM-T520 model
  • Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4: SM-T320 model
  • Galaxy Tab 3 Lite: SM-T111 model
  • Just recently, some of these devices have already passed the FCC stage so that means we can expect Samsung to announce them at least a week from now. Besides, the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas next week may be the perfect venue for such device launches.

Unfortunately, given the model numbers and some specs of the Note Pro 12.2, it seems that this one is different from the Note Pro 12.2 that has been making headlines lately.

In case you are looking for a new Android tablet this 2014 to choose from, then you may want to wait until the Korean manufacturer announces these tablets.
