Evander Holyfield Enters Big Brother Celebrity Edition In UK; Boxer Performs 'Odd' Preparation For The Show

Evander Holyfield is up for another battle once again. However, it is not the kind of battle where he slug it out with another boxer using gloves. It is not the kind where a championship belt is at stake. It is a battle to become the big winner in a UK reality show.

The Real Deal was among of the newest housemates in the United Kingdom's Big Brother: Celebrity Edition, introduced on Friday Night along with N-Dubz star Dappy and Apprentice star Luisa Zissman. According to the European press, Holyfield, who promised not to punch anyone on the show, was the biggest names among all the new contests that arrived in the show. Rumors have it that the former Undisputed World Champion in both cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions joined the reality show to solve his financial struggles. However, Holyfield insisted that he joined Big Brother because he would "love somebody to do something so wow that I would be shocked! I haven't been shocked yet."

In an interview, Evander said that he did a lot of preparations before he entered the world's most famous house. According to the Daily Star UK, the boxing icon performed fasting so he won't lose his temper and be able to keep up with the short diet in the house once they lose their budget.

The 51-year old celebrity also revealed that he readied some moves which he will show to some of his housemates that he'll get along with.

"I don't want to show them something that will eventually get them hurt.

"So if somebody wants me to show them how to hit someone, then all of a sudden, it looks like I told them how, and then it reflects on me."

When asked what his biggest asset is, he said that it was growing up in a big family.

"I can deal with people for who they are.

"I came from a big family, and in a big family there's a lot of ego. It's part of life."
