Revlon decided to distribute some behind the scenes footage of Emma Stone on the set of there new commercial for the ColorBurst Lip Crayon Collection.






She is helping the cosmetic company introduce to new crayon colors of the crayon collection.






The commercial was directed by John Cameron Mitchell, who is also a writer, actor, and musician.






He compared Stone to a legendary Hollywood actress.






"Emma's light, frothy, yet classy," said Mitchell. "She has that kind of Jean Seberg, French in a way heroin feeling."






During the behind the scenes footage for the Revlon commercial, Stone describes the setting.






"Im finding balloons kind of like the movie 'The Red Balloon'," said Stone. "Each balloon has a different finish to it which mirrors the lip crayons."






Mitchell added that it doesn't take a lot of effort working with the "Easy A" star.






"It is really easy to direct her," he said. "I think it's because w have the same sense of humor."






Stone admitted that she is one who goes by procedures.






"I follow direction," she said. "I follow the rules most of the time."






Mitchell's credits his thespian experience for assisting him in working with actors.






"Me being an actor, helps directing actors," he said. "I wouldn't be surprised if she [Emma] started directing too."






Stone was happy to also give some direction in the commercial shoot.






"I've been able to be involved with some of the creation from the ground up. I enjoy that," she said. "Believe it or not, John really took this balloon idea to the next level... sent it soaring."
