Apple Rumors: Company Will Allegedly Introduce New iPhone Phablet Line-up With Displays Of Up To 5.7 Inches Or More

For months, we have been hearing Apple rumors of new and bigger devices. However, a new report claims that the Cupertino manufacturer could actually introduce a new lineup of iPhones which fall into the phablet category.

According to a news report in the Japanese version of Yahoo! News, Apple is planning to release an entirely new iPhone lineup this year. This means it would not be named iPhone 6 or 6s for that matter. Instead, it would be promoted bearing a new branding for iPhones. In recent years, reports of a bigger iPhone and dubbed as iPhone Pro have surfaced, though time and again, Apple only delivered its usual lineup.

This time around, it looks like the company is finally veering toward the huge-display market, or so the rumor suggests.

In the report, this new iPhone lineup would boast screen sizes of at least 5.7 inches or larger. Moreover, the article said it would be announced in May this year.

Meanwhile, the iPhone 6 and all the rumors which go with it is reported to stick with the usual schedule, and is tipped for a release at the latter half of the year.
