Sofia Vergara’s Hot Instagram Photo Debuts Amidst 2014 Razzie Awards Nomination; Latina Actress Amps Star Power As She Joins CoverGirl!
Sultry Latina actress Sofia Vergara posted a hot Instagram photo snap wearing purple body-hugging gym wear and socks, which is part of her Select Sofia Kmart Fashion collection.
The photo was captioned: "First torture of the year!!flywheel Kmart collection gymwear."
The "Modern Family" star and TV's highest paid actor has inked a deal with the retail giant to carry the Colombiana's own line of accessories, sexy undergarments, clothing and beauty items. The deal was reportedly worth $8 million, according to Latina.com, for Vergara to become the face of the company.
It seems Sofia wasn't a bit worried about being named in the Razzie as the worst supporting actress for her roles in "Machete Kills" and "Escape from Planet Earth."
Also known as the "Golden Raspberry Award," Razzie is presented to the worst in film industry.
Latin Times reported that Vergara is joining other Latinas in the "Worst Supporting Actress" category such as Selena Gomez in "Getaway," Jennifer Lopez in "Parker," and Salma Hayek for "Grown Ups 2."
While some actress might be bummed at being nominated for the Razzie, Vergara has so much going for her to be bothered. She just came from a holiday break in Mexico with her son and her fiancé, Nick Loeb. They got engaged in 2012 during her 40th birthday.
Sofia Vergara also joined rock chick, P!nk, and R&B diva, Janelle Monae, as the new faces for CoverGirl cosmetics. The three women were tapped to promote the "truBLEND" liquid make-up line. In her ad, Vergara claims that she's using "truBLEND" Medium 6, which perfectly complements her skin tone.
Forbes listed her as TV's highest earning actress, having earned $30 million last year. She earns an estimated $175,000 per episode of the Modern Family along with a cut from back-end earnings.
Aside from Kmart and CoverGirl, she also has endorsement deals with Diet Pepsi, Comcast, State Farm and Sears
