‘American Horror Story’ Co-Stars Emma Roberts, Evan Peters Engaged; Wears Diamond Ring In New Orleans After Holiday Proposal?

The "American Horror Story" co-stars Emma Roberts and Evan Peters are engaged! After spending the holidays together in New York and London, Emma Roberts was spotted with boyfriend Evan Peters in New Orleans, and she was wearing a big diamond ring on her left ring finger!

"Extra" broke the news that Peters, 26, asked Roberts, 22, to marry him over the holidays in New York City, then the couple went to London for New Year's, ABC News reports. Roberts and Peters returned to New Orleans this past weekend for "American Horror Story: Coven," and photos show Emma with a pink and gold diamond ring on her left ring finger. A rep for Roberts declined to comment, ABC News reports.

On Jan. 1, Roberts tweeted, "Happy new year everybody!!! Let's make 2014 the best year yet."

The couple met while filming "Adult World," but only started dating in 2011. They are co-stars once again on "American Horror Story: Coven."

According to Hollywood Life, Emma opened up to Nylon about their relationship in July.

"We first met at a dinner party, and then we worked together on a movie [Adult World], which we did not date during," she told the mag. "We didn't get along, actually - he wouldn't speak to me. But it turned out that we both liked each other, so months later, we started dating, which worked out for the best."

Emma and Evan's relationship made headlines on July 7, when the actress was arrested after police were called to her hotel room because someone heard a fight. TMZ reported that Evan had a bloody nose and a bite mark when police arrived. Emma was arrested and later released. Evan did not press charges.

"It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it," their reps told HollywoodLife.com in a joint statement.
