"Parks and Recreation" will return from its winter hiatus break tonight, celebrating with the premiere of its 100th episode, titled "Second Chunce."

TVGuide caught up with executive producer Mike Schur about what fans can expect in the 100th episode of "Parks and Recreation."

"[Leslie is] literally cleaning out her office and feeling a little bit fragile, as you can imagine," Schur told TVGuide.com. "There's this general sense that she's at this giant crossroads in her life. She sees a particular Hail Mary last-second avenue that she can maybe go down to change her fortunes. The episode is about her coming to terms with everything that's happened to her. There's some really fun guest appearances and there's a fun surprise at the end of the episode. Leslie and Tom (Aziz Ansari) and a bunch of people in the episode are at a crossroads in their lives, and I think it's about being in those moments of doubt and indecision and feeling like you're not walking down those roads alone."

Schur also revealed what we can expect in "Parks and Recreation" season 6 after the 100th episode.

"Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe leave in Episode 13, so in those episodes that come after the 100th are about the readjustment and about them leaving. We begin to explain pretty quickly what [Leslie's]future is going to look like and how she is going to conduct herself."
