Haha's Exercise: Runs Up Stairs of 22 Floors

Entertainer Haha revealed his exercising pattern through running up stairs of 22 floors.

KBS 'Star Life Theater' aired on April 15 revealed Haha running up and down the stairs of 22 floors, making all staff members sweat.

After a tight schedule, Haha changed his clothes as soon as he got home and started going up the stairs. He said, "I've been working out every day for diet."

Haha went up to 22nd floor through stairs, came down through elevator, and repeated these 3 times. Going up to 22nd floor once only took 4 minutes.

Haha revealed his exercise tips by saying, "Exercise is only effective if your breath is all the way up to your chin."
