Miranda Lambert Shows Enviable Weight Loss Body At Grammys; ‘Over You’ Crooner Sings Tribute For Phil Everly

Miranda Lambert showed off her enviable figure at the Grammys on January 26 with a plunging neckline red dress . The weight loss of the wife of country singer hottie Blake Shelton was highlighted by a major cleavage action in a Pamella Roland gown.

The "Over You" singer first gave the public a hint of her slimmed down body during the Country Music Awards in November.

Miranda Lambert was nominated for Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance but didn't take home a trophy. However, she joined Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day in singing a tribute for the late Phil Everly of the Everly Brothers fame who passed away on January 3 at age 74.

The show also paid tribute as well as the other country music legends such as Ray Price and George Jones, Jack Greene, Slim Whitman, Mindy McCready, Tompall Glaser, Cowboy Jack Clement and Jim Foglesong.

Miranda Lambert's blog chronicled her path toward weight loss.

She wrote: "I lost my weight the healthy and good old fashioned way. Watching what I eat and working out with my trainer Bill Crutchfield."

The singer also slammed down the rumors that she went under the knife to achieve the massive weight loss.

In an interview with People magazine, she said:"I spent my 20s on a roller coaster - my yo-yo weight, working all the time and partying. I just wanted to get healthier and go into my 30s in the best shape I could be in."

So she hired a personal trainer during her tour so she won't forget her routines. They do a lot of cardio and circuit training. "We do things that use my body weight, like lunges. People think I lose more [than a dress size], but I'm 5'4" so when I lose, I lose everywhere."

Miranda Lambert also credited a change in diet for her weight loss such as switching from cheeseburgers to grilled chicken, or bacon and eggs to green juice, or steak for baked sweet potato.
