Arrow Season 2 Spoilers: Oliver And Felicity Behind The Scenes! Stephen Amell Reveals He And Emily Want It To Remain ‘Very Adult’!

WARNING: Arrow season 2 spoilers ahead. This article contains spoilers from previous Arrow season 2 episodes!

Arrow's Stephen Amell who plays Oliver Queen recently visited SiriusXM and talked to EW's Mandi Bierly regarding his scenes with Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity Smoak).

When asked about what kind of discussion he and Emily have on how to play the scenes, Stephen revealed the two wants to remain "very adult." The actor also reveals they don't want to have a "junior high relationship."

"Ugh... we actually had a lot of discussions with the most recent episodes where we're going back and forth with one another. We wanted to make sure that it was a very "adult thing" that when I say you're my partner at the end of the episode that people would really buy that," Amell revealed.

Stephen Amell also added, "So, we had to make sure that what we were doing didn't devolve into, you know, kind of a junior high relationship sort of thing. We wanted it to, again, remain very adult."

Amell also made a comment on the future of Arrow's Oliver and Felicity tandem, saying "And, as far as the "will they" "won't they" element of the show, that's really not for us to decide. We can't play it like it's either going to happen or not going to happen. We just need to keep our relationship dynamic and I think we've done a good job at that so far."

Arrow's Oliver and Felicity love team has a strong fan base. However, as far as love team goes, there's still Laurel and based on the original comics, Laurel is Oliver's primary love team. As for Felicity, there's also Barry Allen.

Looks like fans will have to tune in to find out how Oliver and Felicity relationship works out.
