[UPDATE] 6 Episodes Completed For Legend Of Korra Book 3 Change: Design Team Wins Annie Award For Book 2 Episode 10 'A New Spiritual Age'!

Although there's been a dearth of news for "The Legend of Korra" as Book 3 continues production, some spoilers have surfaced regarding the progress of "Change."

Recently, "The Legend of Korra" composer Jeremy Zuckerman and sound designer Benjamin Wynn were featured on the podcast "Republic City Dispatch."

During the podcast, Jeremy Zuckerman revealed that—as of February 3—six episodes of "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 have been completed.

"Book 2 had its share of problems production-wise, you know, with animation studios issues and things like that," said Zuckerman. "Now they've really got it together and it seems to have momentum now."

This means that "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 is roughly halfway through production, with seven episodes remaining for the season.

In November, "The Legend of Korra" co-creator Bryan Konietzko affirmed that there would be much less of a wait for Book 3 to have a premiere date.

"The premiere date hasn't been pinned down, but we are on track to airing Book 3 with MUCH less of a wait than the unfortunate one there was before Book 2 aired. We are all incredibly excited for you all to see the new book," said Konietzko on Tumblr.

In addition, "The Legend of Korra" design team also won an Annie Award for Production Design in TV for Book 2 episode 10 "A New Spiritual Age."

"Every day I am blown away by their talent, dedication, and enthusiasm, so it is nice to see the animation community recognize their work as well," said Konietzko.

"Congrats to this awesome team!" added Michael DiMartino.
