Selena Gomez Stalker Jailed; Selena Never Said `Come and Get It’ To Obsessed Fan’s Death Threats

Selena Gomez's "obsessed stalker" was jailed for invading her property. Selena Gomez's stalker was jailed for trespassing on Gomez's property. Juan Garcia pled no contest to creeping around Selena Gomez's house.  The teenager was sentenced to 120 days in L.A. County Jail.  After he is released, Garcia is ordered to stay 150 yards away from Selena Gomez and her property for the next 3 years.

TMZ reported that the 19 year old Selena Gomez fan pleaded no contest to the charge during a court hearing on Friday, Feb. 7 and was ordered to spend 120 days at the Los Angeles County Jail.

Selena's the 19-year-old fan traveled from Arizona to see Gomez in person and was discovered outside of Selena's California home. Last month a Gomez family member saw Juan and called 911. Cops rushed to Gomez's home in Tarzana, California. It is not known if Gomez, who spent two weeks in rehab in January, was at home at the time of the incident.

This isn't the first time Selena Gomez has been allegedly stalked by a deranged fan. In 2011, Gomez was stalked on multiple occasions by 48-year-old Thomas Brodnicki, who flew to LA from Chicago to meet the actress he claims is his soul mate.

LAPD's Threat Management Unit also recently reported that Thomas Brodnicki, 48, broke his three-year restraining order from Selena Gomez when he sent the actress a disturbing email.

An LAPD unit official said "Brodnicki continues to be obsessed with and fixated on Selena. In his email he claims to 'love Selena Gomez more with each passing day' and details a time and place to meet her after the restraining order expires." The LAPD want to keep Gomez safe from "physical harm, due to Brodnicki's prior death threats."

Brodnicki has threatened to kill Selena Gomez on several occasions. He calls himself "Vengeful Not Just Crazy" on his Twitter page. The tweets are written in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Brodnicki started tweeting about Selena Gomez in 2011 are quite alarming. He has reportedly tweeted that he wants to "Kill Selena Gomez and make her mincemeat."

In a search warrant, the Los Angeles police said "Brodnicki made delusional statements that he and (Gomez) were involved in a relationship and destined to be together...Brodnicki expressed a delusion fixation...and made several statements that he intended to kill (Gomez)."

Brodnicki has a long history of female stalking. He was arrested and convicted in Iowa and Illinois. Court documents show he harassed a waitress in Chicago for more than eight years.
