Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Release Date Finally Reaches Sony Xperia SP In Australia, Other Xperia Midrangers Getting Last Jelly Bean Update As Well

If you own a Sony Xperia SP, you may have been waiting for the announcement of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean release date.

After months of waiting, the update is now rolling out initially in the Australian market.

According to a report by GSM Arena, the last Jelly Bean version can now be downloaded by Xperia SP owners via OTA. Just go to 'About Phone - Check Updates' so you will be able to get it for your handset.

Meanwhile, owners of other Sony Xperia devices should not worry as the update will also be hitting more of Sony's midrangers in the coming weeks.

In the report, some of the handsets which would get the update include the Xperia T, Xperia TX, and the Xperia V.

As for the recently-launched Sony devices, Android 4.4 KitKat would arrive to the Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra, and Xperia Tablet Z.
