Even as its impending buyout is looming, the Finnish manufacturer still unleashes upcoming Nokia phones for 2014, particularly in its beloved Lumia lineup.

In a report by GSM Arena, Nokia is set to unveil a new high-end Lumia device as well as a midranger during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona a couple of weeks from now.

Dubbed as the Lumia 930, the flagship-level device is rumored to pack industry-leading specs such as a 4.5" display with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a quad-core CPU clocked at 2.2GHz, and 16GB of internal memory.

Other speculated features include a 20MP PureView camera, a microSD card slot and 2,700mAh of battery.

On the other hand, the midrange device is the Lumia 630/635, the latter of which supports dual-SIM. As a successor of the Lumia 620, this device boasts midrange specs that will provide the basic needs of casual smartphone users.

Alleged specifications include a 4.3-inch display with WVGA resolution, 1.7GHz CPUs, 8GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, and an 8-megapixel camera.

Also rumored to be on board are a microSD card slot, and a 2,000mAh battery.

The Lumias are set to be announced at MWC, joining the Lumia Icon and the Lumia 1820.
