Nokia Lumia 521 Pricing More Competitive Than Moto G, Costs Only $70 Off-Contract For T-Mobile, Specs Include 4" Display, Dual-Core CPU, 5MP Shooter, 8GB Built-In Storage

The Lumia 520 has been at the top of the Windows Phone market for almost a year, and its T-Mobile counterpart, the Nokia Lumia 521 has just become one of the cheapest quality smartphones in the market today.

According to a report by BGR, the Lumia 521 has recently become cheaper than the already super affordable Motorola Moto G.

Priced at only $70 off-contract through T-Mobile, the Windows Phone-powered handset is now $10 cheaper than Motorola's loved Moto G as offered by U.S. Cellular.

Launched alongside the international version, Lumia 520, the Lumia 521 does not boast any ground-breaking specs, only a bang for your buck.

The Nokia-made smartphone packs a 4-inch 800 x 480 display, 8GB of internal memory, and a 5-megapixel camera. The device is also powered by a dual-core CPU clocked at 1GHz, and 512MB of RAM.

While these specs are considered entry-level today, the Lumia phone has surprisingly topped sales charts for the Windows Phone platform.

And this discount from T-Mobile for its exclusive version of the Lumia 520 will surely lure in more consumers before the handset finally calls it a day.
