Elder Scrolls Online Gameplay: New Next Generation Virtual Reality Advancement Added To The Game With Oculus Rift Treatment

Elder Scrolls Online Release Date And Gameplay: A new great enhancement for the Elder Scrolls Online game has been announced as an Oculus Rift treatment or what normal people would understand as virtual reality is added as an advancement of the game.

Developer Chris Gallizzi successfully implemented Oculus Rift support with Elder Scrolls Online, which is currently in closed beta, where the company invited beta testers to experience the game before the actual release in less than a few months. The Oculus rift has been seen on a YouTube video that sampled how the game would look like in this new technology.

The short clip showed how the the massively multiplayer online role-playing game's (also known as MMORPG) character creation system, how the navigation and the environment would go and how a combat in-game would look like and would feel like in their new technology.

According to developer Gallizzi, they would still need time to work on the VR for it to work on optimum settings at he himself have been in frustration with how it works at the moment as: "60fps is required for VR to work, so keeping all settings low were required."

Elder Scrolls Online is part of the Elder Scrolls video game franchise, which is the first open-ended multiplayer installment of the series and is expected to be released anytime soon in the next few months, which was announced in an exclusive reveal by Game Informer on May 3, 2012 that this will be out on 2014.

On January 23, this year, it was announced that several actors where casted as voice actors for the game namely: John Cleese, Bill Nighy, Kate Beckinsale, Lynda Carter, Alfred Molina, Michael Gambon, Jennifer Hale, Malcom McDowell and Peter Stormare.
