Taylor Swift's haircut surprised many for the 24-year-old songstress recently chopped her long blond locks. Like Jennifer Lawrence, Swift's haircut is now a chic bob. Upon completion of her successful 'Red' tour at the 02 Arena in London, Swift opted to have her haircut documented on social media.

The documentation of Taylor Swift's haircut is courtesy of her Victoria's Secret model friend Cara Delevingne, 21, and fellow singer Ellie Goulding, 27. That very same night, Goulding joined the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer onstage to perform 'Burn'.

"This is how many people are watching me get a haircut right now. We don't do anything without an audience, do we?" said Swift in one of her Instagram videos which not only showed her haircut but also the clearly delighted witnesses.

Even Delevingne posted a photo of the blonde beauty during her salon experience with the caption: "@taylorswift chopping off her locks"

In another Polaroid snapshot, Swift acknowledged her fans in London and made a slight reference to her new hairstyle: "London, I could never thank you enough. See you next time! PS: short hair, don't care. (!!!)"

Apart from Taylor Swift's hairstyle, some people are likewise wondering about her seemingly avoidance of photo shoots or projects with sexy themes. In her interview for the March edition of Glamour magazine, she addressed the issue.
