Princess Kate New Style: Will She Cut Her Hair? Royal Stylist Calls Duchess Of Cambridge’s Hairstyle ‘Overdone’

Princess Kate's new style may mean a haircut! A royal stylist says that the hairstyle of Kate Middleton, or the Duchess of Cambridge, is "overdone." Should Prince William's wife cut her trademark brunette locks?

Kate Middleton, who we love calling Princess Kate, is known for her trademark blowout - but rumors that the Queen has asked Kate to change up her style may suggest that the mother of baby Prince George is due in for a haircut!

Denise McAdam, who worked as a hairdresser foro the royals for 35 years, talked to Radio Times about her years styling the hair of royal women. She described Princess Anne as "scary" and said the Duchess of York has had her "'fair share of disasters," The Daily Mail reports.

And what about Kate Middleton's hairstyle?

She told the Radio Times: "I don't do the royals any more, although I'm a good friend of the Duchess of Cambridge. I think her hair is wonderful, maybe a little overdone at times. But she always looks lovely."

Tons of famous Hollywood stars are chopping off their locks, opting for trendy bob haircuts. Will the Duchess of Cambridge follow suit? We think she'd look great with a haircut, but we are also huge fans of her perfect waves. A haircut would certainly keep her look fresh!

Denise also said that her years in the Palace have come with some juicy stories.

"I've heard some very good stories from my clients over the years. I could write a brilliant book," she said.

"There are things that William and Harry have told me, but you have to be discreet," she said. "That's why the queen awarded me the Royal Victorian Medal [in 2010]. It was for 35 years of keeping my mouth shut."
