Windows Phone 8.1 Gets More Exposure In Demo Video And Showcases Action Center, Voice Assistant 'Cortana', Swype Keyboard And IE 11 Expected At Launch

Windows Phone 8.1: A lot of Windows Phone users are expecting the 8.1 update due the cool features it promises. Now, we see another glimpse to the upcoming WP version as shown in a demo video.  

As far as we know about the upcoming Windows Phone version, it will reportedly have a number of new features which would entice more people to switch to Microsoft's mobile platform. 

In order to get a more solid response, the company's WP8.1 SDK has released a new video which highlights the new update's Action Center, which translates to Android notification area. 

Aside from the newly redesigned notification center for Windows Phone, update 8.1 is also tipped to bring in the Cortana voice assistant, a Swype keyboard and Internet Explorer 11 out of the box. 

Windows Phone 8.1 is expected to be launched at Microsoft's Build Conference in April. Until then, we may just be contented to see these rumored specs. Here's the video:
