Once Upon A Time Season 3 Cast Rumors: Jamie Dornan Cameo Role Comeback Not Possible? OUAT Producers Says Actor Too Busy With '50 Shades Of Grey' Movie

"Once Upon A Time" season 3 is still in hiatus. Despite that, continuous cast rumors are still going around on who's coming back to the show and one of them is Jami Dornan's character. 

Although short-lived, Jamie Dornan's character, Sheriff Graham Humbert/Huntsman, were among the most loved characters in ABC's Once Upon A Time. Huntsman was killed off in the first season but was able to make a cameo appearance in the second season's flashback episode "Welcome to Storybrooke." Now that the series will return to television on March 9 to continue its third season after a three month hiatus, producers are thinking of bringing back Dornan. However, that might take some time and some colossal effort to materialize.

Executive Producer Edward Kitsis told the press on Tuesday that the Northern Irish actor is part of their plans for the remaining half of "Once Upon A Time Season 3". However, they can't make it happen because of Dornan's hectic schedule. Currently, the 31-year old actor is busy filming the much-hyped erotic film "Fifty Shades of Grey" and BBC Two crime drama series "The Fall".

"Last year, when he did 'Welcome to Storybrooke' for us, it was fantastic to have him come back," Kitsis said.

"He's a friend of ours, he's a friend of the show and unfortunately, this year, he goes right from the movie to 'The Fall,' so there was no - because they were shooting ['Fifty Shades'] in Vancouver, we were hoping to..."

"And it's funny... his part was always conceived as that seven episode arc in the first season... with the hope we could bring him back here and there as we've done," fellow EP Adam Horowtiz added. "But ... it's gratifying that everyone seems to have responded so well to his talent."

Although they feel regretful that they can't get Dornan back, Horowitz says they are happy for their former colleague's success.

"We're so happy for him. Obviously we'd love to have him if he ever wanted to come back, but he is quite busy right now and rightfully so. He's very talented."
