Upcoming PS4 Games 2014: Specs For ‘Thief’ Revealed; E3 Event This Year To Reveal Games Such As ‘Gran Turismo 7’ And ‘The Last Guardian?

Sony has previously revealed that there will be 100 upcoming PS4 games this 2014.

As posted on Cross Map, the Japanese electronic and tech company promised that within this year, more than a hundred games will be arriving for the PlayStation 4. Via a Twitter post, Sony shared, "Here's a fun fact: More than 100 PS4 games are planned for release in 2014."

Moreover, as posted on the site, the upcoming PS4 games include "Infamous: Second Son," "Final Fantasy XV," "Dying Light." "Alien: Isolation," and "Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes."

Meanwhile, industry insider, Ahsan Rasheed revealed a list of exclusive upcoming games for the PS4. According to Examiner, citing Gaming Bolt, Rasheed shared that Sony is anticipated to unveil new games in the "upcoming months leading" to the highly-anticipated event, the E3 2014.

Via Twitter post, Rasheed revealed the alleged game reveals and announcement for the PlayStation 4. The list include "The Last Guardian" and "Uncharted 4". Check out the tweet below:

One of the tweets from Rasheed also revealed that the company will announce a prologue version of Gran Turismo 7. The President of Polyphony Digital hinted previously that they are creating a new title in the GTA series for the PlayStation 4. E3 2014 is scheduled to tatke place in Los Angeles this June.

Furthermore, the specs of one of the upcoming PS4 games 2014 have been revealed as well. As posted on Latinos Post, the game "will look best on the PlayStation 4 as opposed to the Xbox One."

"Thief," the reboot of the legendary stealth game will have a 1080p resolution on the PS4 while it will only run at 900p resolution for Xbox One, citing Eurogamer. Moreover, both versions of the game will run at 30 fps.

Explaining the variance of the resolution between two console, game director, Nicolas Cantin told, "You really need good eyes to see the difference." He also added that the version being put on the Xbox One "is as good as the PS4 version."
