Android 4.4 Kit Kat Release Date Now Available For AT&T LG G2 And HTC One, T-Mobile HTC One Getting Update As Well

Android 4.4 Kit Kat release date: After several months of waiting, the KitKat version finally arrives to LG G2 and HTC One for AT&T and T-Mobile as well.

A couple of days ago, we have heard reports that the software build for AT&T and T-Mobile's HTC One devices have been approved by both carriers, and that's according to HTC Executive Mo Versi.

Today, the update has started rolling out to both devices for the two carriers. Owners of these devices can now download the update via OTA.

According to the report by Android Authority, Android KitKat would bring some UI improvements and much better performance for the said devices. That includes a full screen moe, redesigned status and notification bars, better security, and improved battery life.

The update for the LG G2, on the other hand, is a great bonus for owners now that the G Pro 2 has been announced, and the G3 is on its way.

So you have you updated your HTC One and LG G2 to Android KitKat already?
