Sada And Whitney On Couples Therapy [VIDEO] Farrah Abraham Explosive Fight With Her Mom, Sada And Taylor Armstrong Spill Childhood Abuse And Jon Gosselin Breaks Kate Cycle

Sada And Whitney on Couples Therapy are two of my absolute favorite characters this season. Last night VH1 Couples Therapy had Sada come clean about her painful past which included physical and emotional abuse. Sada had an abusive father that would hit her in front of her friends. Sada and Whitney have such a tumultuous relationship, even though they love each other so much. The lesbain pairs' constant fighting could be the product of the pain Sada endoured.

After Sada poured her heart out, telling the Couples Therapy cast and the doc about her childhood, the real trouble brewed between Whitney and Sada out of the couples therapy session. Sada is needy and wants someone to be there for her all the time. I completely understand Sada because I'm actually very similar to her. Sada and myself are pushers but deep down we want you to stay. If we push, you pull. Couples Therapy is exactly what Sada and Whitney need to keep their relationship together before it's too late.

It's clear that Whitney doesn't understand Sada and takes her words at face value. If Sada tells her to go and play pool or that she's going to take a bath, Whitney just assumes she says what she means. But Sada doesn't. She wants Whitney not to leave her. It's frustrating for Whitney but she must learn this. I wish Dr. Jenn could witness their fights out of the Couples Therapy sessions. She'd see that the answer is so obvious.

Jon Gosselin finally broke his relationship cycle and decided he must stand up for himself if he wants respect. Girlfriend Liz constantly puts Jon down and it seems like Jon is getting involved with another Kate type of woman that calls the shots and makes Jon feel bad about himself to gain control. But this week on Couples Therapy Dr. Jenn convinced Jon that he needs to be more assertive with Liz and tell her when things hurt her feeling. She tells Jon, "You

I don't blame Liz for the way she treats Jon. When someone acts like they don't deserve respect, it is very easy to treat them badly without even recognizing it. Gosselin really needs to grow a pair if he wants Couples Therapy to work for him. I actually like Liz and I'm glad that she recognizes the way that she talks to Jon and wants to change it. I see this relationship lasting if he Jon can be more assertive and she can take her time with his feelings. They need to take the therapy seriously or their relationship will fall back into the Kate Gosslin cycle adn will eventually crumble.

Dr. Jenn also told Jon that he needs to be more assertive for LIz's mental health as well. She needs a man to take charge; put her in her place. Without the assertion that Jon can provide Liz will always be a mean b*tch. This VH1 episode of COuples Therapy was really the most powerful one yet. Besides Jon Gosselin there was also some explosive therapy sessions including Farrah and her mom, and Sada and Taylor Armstrong facing their childhood abuse.

Farrah Abraham on Couples Therapy was excruciating this week. The porn star and Dr. Jenn welcomed Farrah's mother, Deborah Danielson. The therapy session was explosive and really didn't give Farrah any closure or insight. If you thought Farrah was quick to defend herself, fake, and dumb, then you have got to check out Mommy Dearest Deborah on VH1! This mom puts the Teen Mom parenting skills to shame!

Dr. Jenn tried in couples therapy to get Farrah and her mom to come to an understanding about Farrah's childhood and how it affects her relationships today. But Deborah would not break down her wall, constantly fighting with Abraham and Dr. Jenn in therapy. Looks like her mom has a lot in common with Farrah. They are both too concerned with how they will be perceived on the VH1 show than to actually get the therapy they need and be honest with themselves and each other.

The hardest part of Couples Therapy came when Dr. Jenn flat out told Farrah she'd have to grieve the fact that she'll never have the mom she wants. It seemed like she was more interested in being there to put on a show of being a supportive mom than to actually be one and understand daughter Farrah.

Farrah Abraham has previously said her childhood was abusive and she was constantly ignored. As much as this revelation along with her mother being a complete b*tch makes me want to sympathize with Farrah, I just can''t.

Despite trying to get help on Couples Therapy, Farrah just keeps lying in real life so it is confusing to watch the Teen Mom break down. Farrah claims she was 'drugged and raped' promoting her porn, but Vivid Entertainment is willing to give Farrah one million dolars to take a lie detector test, which Farrah refuses to take! Why? Because she's lying!

Taylor Armstrong explained her childhood abuse that the doc thinks is the reason she found and stayed with her ex, Russell.

What did you think about VH1 Couples Therapy this week?
