NCIS Season 11 Spoilers: Jimmy Palmer To Star In Finale Or Earlier Episodes; Ziva And Tony Hook Up To Be Renewed?

Jimmy Palmer has been a major factor in NCIS's success. The character, which is portrayed by Brian Dietzen, has been around since the start of the show. For those who are looking for better story about Palmer's character, here's good news. According to new NCIS Season 11 spoilers, Jimmy Palmer will play a big part in the season finale.

In an interview with TV Line, showrunner Gary Glasberg said that ""We've had this [storyline] runner that we started, about (Palmer's) personal life and his wanting to adopt. That'll continue through the season," ultimately leading to "an emotional bit of closure."

Closure? Does that mean goodbye Palmer? Find out on February 25 and every succeeding week.

Aside from Palmer, another important spoiler released for the show's season 11 is about Anthony "Tony" DiNozzo who is played by Michael Weatherly. He and Ziva David (played by Cote de Pablo) have this romance that never goes full blown because it is always stopped by their profession. With the love of her life gone, many fans worry about how Tony would cope without her.

"Yes, I think Tony has changed a bit," said Glasberg to TVLine.

"He's matured. He's experienced a loss in his personal life, and I think it's going to affect how he moves forward. It's certainly affecting how we as writers are handling him. He's still very much Tony - he still cracks a joke and lights up the room with a smile and has some fun, but there's also a seriousness. There's a step forward that has happened, and I don't think we're hiding from that."

Although Tony will meet new women that will become the apple of his eye, Glasberg said that he's not close any doors for his reunion with Ziva.

"A lot of people have approached me about the idea of not shutting the door entirely on [their staying in touch], and I'm not opposed to it," he said to TVLine, "But it has to be done in a way where it feels organic to the storytelling and we're not just throwing in lines about Ziva here and there."

"If Tony's in a personal relationship or there's something significant happening for him and he wondered how she would respond, then maybe we can figure out a way to do it. It's a valid issue to bring up."
