50 Cent Steve Stoute Beef Heats Up At Knicks Game: Rapper And Music Manager Almost Exchanged Blows?

Rapper 50 Cent was at the Madison Square Garden last night to watch the New York Knicks play versus the Golden State Warriors. The game was painful to watch, with the Knicks getting blown out by the visiting team. Still, 50 Cent, Curtis James Jackson III in real life, stayed in the game. There was not much to cheer about in the match but when the 'In the Club' singer got close to record executive and artist manager Steve Stoute, people on the internet found something exciting to discuss.

Several news portals have released photos of 50 Cent standing face to face with Stoute, seems to be having a serious talk. Witnesses said they are arguing, but on what is it about, they cannot figure out.

In a report by Iyana Robertson of Vibe, he said that it may be rooting from 50 Cent's non-inclusion in Stoute's in list of most influential rapper around.

"Longtime rivals 50 Cent and Steve Stoute crossed paths last night at Madison Square Garden for the Knicks game, and photos released show that it wasn't the friendliest of conversations. After being at odds when Fifty was dropped from Sony/Columbia Records after his shooting in 2000, Stoute reignited flames this week with two radio interviews for his Tanning Of America docu-series," the report said.

Just recently, Stoute, who is also known as the author of The Tanning of America: How Hip-Hop Created a Culture That Rewrote the Rules of the New Economy, made comments in an interview with a radio station against 50 Cent. He said that the rapper's last hit song was "I Get Money" which was released seven years ago.

"He hasn't had a hit in a really long time," Stoute said. "I mean, he has not made anything musically that's changed anything in a very long time. And I feel like he's always like gearing up for something that never happens. Hopefully, now that he's independent and there's no record company to blame, his aggressive content can get on the air...I think he's trying to get back, but those guys-you know, music is a great platform. If you're an entrepreneur and you have a-you're currently active making music. You're currently active touching people with albums. That it makes it much easier for you to venture into business deals that will become successful using the music to parlay it to get it done. And without having any music that's meaningful over the last-probably the last great song he's made was 'I Get Money'...Kanye's put out three albums, four albums since then."
