Teresa Guidice, Husband, Plead Guilty at Court Date; Teresa and Joe Guidice Will Continue Filming The Real Housewives of New Jersey Until Sentencing Date

Teresa Guidice, star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" and her husband Joe Guidice pled guilty their fraud case.Teresa and Joe Giudice may be facing prison time, but they will continue shooting "Real Housewives of New Jersey" until their sentencing date.  Teresa Guidice faces five years of probation. Joe Guidice may be deported to his native Italy.


Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe might be headed for prison after they pleaded guilty Tuesday to federal fraud charges for concealing income and lying during bankruptcy proceedings, but that is not going to keep them off TV. Joe and Teresa Guidice say they will continue to shoot until their sentencing date. TMZ reported that "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" willl focus on Teresa and Joe Guidice's legal woes. Bravo plans to wrap filming of the entire season before the Teresa and Joe Guidice are  sentenced.


E! News confirmed that the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are set to plead to charges. Teresa and Joe Guidice were indicted on 41 counts of alleged fraud and tax charges.


An insider told US Weekly "Teresa and Joe Giudice have arranged a plea agreement with prosecutors in their federal case. The couple will plead guilty to several but not all 41 of the charges, and both will appear in court on Tuesday with their lawyers."


Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe  pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three types of bankruptcy fraud. Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to failing to file a tax return for 2004. 


Teresa and Joe Guidice copped a plea for a lowering of individual sentences in return for a confession to all that they did wrong.


43-year-old Joe Giudice and his wife Teresa, 41, claim that they are broke. The couple are charged with  falsifying documents to get millions of dollars in loans.

They were also charged for failing to file taxes on income earned from 2004 to 2008. Joe and Teresa Guidice are alleged to have earned abouty $5 million over a period of eight years, right before they appeared on Real Housewives of New Jersey. The couple also allegedly failed to report income earned from the show.


A source said "It would be impossible to determine the sentencing at this point," the source said. "No one has any idea what the fine or sentence will be prior to a hearing."


In January Joe Guidice claimed that Teresa had no knowledge of any alleged criminal activity.
