Upcoming LG Phones 2014: L90 Launches In Eurasian Countries Today, Budget Handset Boasts 4.7" IPS Display, 1.2GHz Quad-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8MP Shooter, Android KitKat

Upcoming LG phones 2014: If you are looking for a budget phone but you are not sold out with Motorola and Nokia's handsets, then you may want to check out this new Android-powered smartphone from LG.

According to a report from GSM Arena, the 'other' Korean manufacturer has launched its LG L90 budget phone in the Eurasian region today. That includes Russia, and its neighboring countries.

In case you have not checked recent reports about this device, it is a member of the company's LG L III series, which mainly targets the budget market by offering decently-spec'ed devices.

The LG L90 packs a 4.7-inch IPS display with qHD (960 x 540) resolution, a quad-core CPU running at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory.

Depending on the market, the LG handset would also have either a 5 or 8 megapixel camera, a 1.2MP front-facing cam, a 2,540mAh battery and Android 4.4 Kit Kat out of the box.

One of the cool features of the L90 is its Knock Code wake up system, which allows users to choose any of 86,000 tap combinations in order to unlock their devices, or launch particular apps.

While pricing details have not yet been revealed, we suspect that it would fall in the $200 category in the US.
