Samsung Galaxy S5 Release Date: New Flagship Costs A Little Less In India Than In Europe, Packs 5.1" 1080p Display, 2GB RAM, Snapdragon 801, 16MP Camera

Samsung Galaxy S5 release date: More than a week after its announcement, the new Samsung Galaxy flagship has already been a available for pre-order in several countries.

But in case you are looking for a cheaper alternative, you may want to head to India as the new device is almost €100 cheaper there. Well, that's according to recent news.

In a report by GSM Arena, the Samsung Galaxy S5 has allegedly appeared on local retailer Saholic for only €500. We know it's still a lot of money, but at least you get to save some cash for the accessories.

However, the report says the retail page has since been brought down, which could mean someone may have been too excited in revealing the pre-order page of the Galaxy S5.

But just in case it is actually an accurate post, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will cost $745 or €540 in India, or about INR 45,000. That price would be much higher than the former flagship's pricing when it launched in the country.

So are you willing to use your savings to get this updated Samsung Galaxy flagship?
